The HMG Group of engineers was established in Carlyle, Illinois in 1966 by Dale Henry, Harold Meisenheimer, and Robert Gende. Their objective was to provide multi-disciplined engineering expertise for a variety of municipal state, federal and private clients. They partnered with Joe Rezek to start RHMG, Inc. in Libertyville, Illinois in 1970, and with Bruce Barnes to start BHMG Inc. in St. Louis in 1972. While each company is independently managed, the client service needs of each are enhanced by our history, common principles, and in-place strategic alliances.
